Ezio Vernetti
Managing Director
Ezio has a National French Postgraduate Degree of Master in Management from the SKEMA Business School in Sophia Antipolis. He has worked most of his career as a marketing business development consultant for European and South African companies and institutions, including the UN FAO. He has held very senior positions in both private and parastatal companies where technology and engineering have been central elements of the marketing mix. Ezio is the majority shareholder and a co-founder of Natura Energy.
Rosemary Shippiki

Rosemary Shippiki has excellent experience and knowledge in developing and leading Marketing and Consumer driven Strategies that deliver focused and growth driving business outcomes Rosemary holds of an MA in Marketing Management from Middlesex University Business School (UK), and has gained wealth of experience acquired during the past 21 years in various marketing roles in two of Namibia’s largest companies; Namibia Breweries Limited (Global Marketing Manager) and Pupkewitz Holdings (Group Marketing Executive).
Jennifer Stride
Senior Associate
Jennifer has a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Economics, Mathematics and Applied Mathematics. She also is a Chartered Financial Analyst. She has worked and consulted variously to a number of banks and financial institutions in the capital markets arena. She has substantial experience in structuring financial instruments issued to various institutional investors.
